Featured collection grid: Add support for multiple collections#14

Allow multiple collections in the “Featured collection grid” section (this is already possible in the “Featured collection slider” section). Also add the option to show the “Featured collection grid” section as a grid on mobile - it is changed to a slider automatically - and it would be great if the “VIEW ALL” LINK option is also available in the grid section.
