Newsletter signups: Add option for name fields#195

I would love to capture custom field in the newsletter. First name woud be the most important for custom emails. Secondary to that would be the ability for them to check certain boxes so that they can receive custom emails (i.e d2c vs b2b customers)

We will be able to accommodate customer name fields for sure, but truly custom fields won’t be directly compatible with the Shopify newsletter form. We’ll update this suggestion to be about adding name fields, but if you’re looking to get much more advanced with it you may want to be looking the way of a capable app.

Would really love to see the name field added - give the ability to do more targeted marketing in our case and without the field it just names folks ‘newsletter subscriber’
