Scrolling banner#242

Any chance a scrolling banner (similar to announcement bar but continuous loop) is coming in next update? And can add icon or picture in as well?

Can you extend the scrolling ticker to 30 seconds. I am using it for multiple icons and just watching it shoot past (10s) makes me feel ill.
