On mobile, provide option for sticky "Add to cart" and "Buy" buttons#275

On mobile, it could be nice to have an option to show a sticky bar (with an Add to cart or Buy button) at the bottom of the screen when the Add to cart and/or Buy buttons are not visible on screen. See the example URL.
