Buttons: Option to manually set the hover color#299

Could there be an option to select chosen hover colour on buttons including the buy now, checkout buttons. Currently the theme seems to pick a colour which doesn’t match in with my colour scheme.

Just as a clarification for any readers, the current button setup in Stiletto does the work for you by either lightening or darkening the button on hover, based on what would be the most accessible in terms of readability. So this suggestion would be to completely override that logic.
