Free shipping bar#341

It would be very interesting to have multiple minimum price entries for the free shipping bar in the cart, in order to be able to associate a minimum price for free shipping, depending on different shipping geographic zones. Currently, there is only one possibility for a minimum price, whereas this price can be different depending on the countries to which we ship.

Themes don’t have geolocation capabilities, I’m afraid. But apps are able to do this!
