Rich text section: Ability to change entire section background color#357

It would be AWESOME to be able to edit the font color/size/background color of individual sections like the Rich Text section. I was actually really surprised to not be able to do this. We are able to edit those aspects in other sections, so I’m not sure why Rich Text is excluded!
