Free shipping bar: Add support for multiple thresholds#361

Currently, the free shipping bar supports a single threshold in the store’s base currency (eg. $100 CAD), which is then shown to the customer in their currently selected currency (eg. 10’780 JPY).

This request is to bring support for multiple free shipping threshold values, depending on the currency that is being shown to the customer. Something like this would require additional setup within the shipping zones to ensure accuracy, as the theme is technically only a display of the proposed shipping rate.

Absolutely essential feature for international stores.

Also, might be worth having a toggle for whether you want the free shipping threshold to be in the store’s base currency and be converted into the customer’s currency (e.g. 100 USD threshold = ~144 CAD, as it does now), or whether you want the threshold to be a constant, no matter the currency (e.g. 100 = 100 USD or 100 CAD). I understand some stores may want the functionality of one store base currency threshold which is converted into the customer’s currency.

On its own, fixing the currency conversion would be a huge improvement, even without the ability to set individual thresholds per currency/market, although that would be the complete package. It’s something that did make me hesitate when buying the theme, because the fully functional bar with different thresholds per currency was included in other themes.

Need this feature as soon as possible! There is a high cart abandonment rate for all my international customers
