Add option to make top-level menu items link to pages on desktop#61

I’m seeing an increase of interest in this!

If possible, it would be nice to have the option to make the parent menu-items in the navigation menu/header link to pages.

Right now they are disabled if they have child menu items.

We’ve just published this feature in the newest version of Stiletto!
