Fonts: Add more granular size and weight controls for heading tags#84

Right now the settings for font style and weight can only be applied generally to headings and body text. There is limited control if you want to change the style of one particular heading, for example h4 which is applied to product titles within collection is bold and there is no way to change that.

I would love this an an option too
